It's amazing spending time with family over the holidays and I mean that in the best possible way. As I get older, and purposefully drop judgment and expectations, I find myself amused and grateful for all the crazy quirks of my relatives. Each one is unique and wonderful, making the conversations stimulating and the love palpable. My daughter's boyfriend is with ALL of us for the first time and has won hearts with his authenticity and easy going manner. He is a "go with the flow" kind of guy and the kids are instantly pulled to him like a magnet! Laughter, love and and lingering memories carve this Christmas 2009 into my mind like a soft breeze kissing my heart! How were your holidays? Memorable or mayhem?
